What is guaranteed

After your intake is complete and Stripe confirms the card authorization, Sites in 30 will make your first customized live preview available within 30 minutes.

If we miss the deadline

The website build fee becomes $0. We capture only $350 from the existing authorization for the required hosting and domain package, and release the rest of the authorized amount. The package includes managed hosting, SSL, domain registration or connection, and the first year of one standard non-premium domain.

What the timer does not cover

The 30-minute timer does not include revisions, domain registration or DNS propagation, third-party approvals, custom integrations, merchant-account setup, or delays caused by missing or unusable customer content.

Revision policy

One reasonable revision round is included when requested within 48 hours of delivery. The revision policy does not convert an on-time delivery into a refund right. Additional work is scoped and priced separately.
